MyclientwhoarelookingforaClientServiceSpecialisttojointheirteamwhohavegotexperience/knowledgeinGroupRiskPolicies.TheidealcandidatewillhaveknowledgeinGroupIncomeProtectionorGroupLifeInsuranceorGroupCriticalIllnessorGroupDeathinServicePension.
TheroleoftheClientServicesSpecialististoprovideoffice-basedsupportforanassignedSalesConsultantwithintheGroupRiskspecialismwiththedaytodayrunningoftheclientportfolio,includingallclientandproviderinteractions.Thisalsoincludessettingupandsupportingactionsforpolicyrenewals.
TheClientServicesSpecialistwillbepartofthefirstpointofcontactforallclientandproviderqueriesandissuesastheyariseandisexpectedtohavetheskillsandknowledgetounderstandwhatactionsarerequiredtomeettheexpectationsofallparties.
DailyDuties
Ensurethesmoothrunningofassignedclientportfolioadaytodaybasis.
Develop,maintainandcultivateaconstructiveandprofessionalrelationshipwithGroupRiskSalesExecutives,ClientsandInsurersatalllevels.
Bethefirstpointofcontactfordaytodayadministrationfromclients,providersandotherinternalandexternalsources.
Independentlyrespondtoqueriesfrombothclientsandinsurersinapro-activemanner,meetingagreedSLAsandkeepingallpartiesupdated.
Co-ordinateadministrationofschemes,includinginvoicing,accounts,clientqueries,claims,underwriting,rehabilitationsupportservices&communicationmaterial.
Proactivelyinitiateandmanagethegatheringofallrelevantdataforeachclientsschemerenewalandensureaccuracyatalltimesandassistwiththeanalysisofdataasrequired.
PreparetemplateclientreportsasrequestedbytheGroupRiskSalesConsultant.
Ensurethatanycorrespondencereceivedandissuedischeckedfordiscrepanciesandchallengeasappropriate.

Toassistteamperformancethroughregularcommunicationwithcolleaguesandmanagertoestablishandraiseconcernsandprovidesolutions.
Toensurecompliancewithlocalprocedures,customerservicestandardsandfinancialandIndustrycomplianceregulationsandlegislations.
Toundertaketraininginlinewithagreedobjectives.Keepuptodatewithproductandtechnicaldevelopmentsasrequiredinthisrole.
Topro-activelyseek,recommendimprovementstoprocessesandservice,participatefullyintheimplementationwithintheteamandbeanadvocateforchange
