Who you'll be working with: The Operations Support Engineering team partners with business leaders to provide an outstanding technical environment. They undertake desktop, AV, and facilities support.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading projects to enhance Liberty IT's office environments, desktop, device hardware/software, and digital communications.
2. Facilitating project delivery, agile ceremonies, and regular updates.
3. Contributing to energy efficiency initiatives.
4. Mentoring junior team members.
5. Partnering with employees to maximize business value.
6. Driving continuous improvement and best practices.
7. Expanding knowledge of IT systems, networks, and office environment best practices.
8. Assessing and adopting new solutions using data-driven approaches.
9. Sharing knowledge through tech talks, blogging, and external events.
Additional responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical support during office hours, including hardware, software, and AV technologies.
2. Supporting the setup and management of digital communications and AV tools for events.
3. Maintaining and optimizing the physical office environment, managing space, and supporting office moves.
4. Contributing to energy efficiency initiatives.
Essential criteria:
* Minimum five years' experience in supporting large-scale office environments.
* Experience with software, hardware, AV technologies, and office management projects.
* Knowledge of agile practices.
* Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partnering with end-users to co-create solutions.
* Current industry certifications.
Desired criteria:
* Participation in knowledge sharing activities.
* Experience building customer-centric solutions, balancing technical and user needs.
