About The Role: At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We’re recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our project based from our “Greatworth to Southam” (G2S) section in Chipping Warden. In this role you will be supporting the entering of Goods Received Notes into the project finance system, you will support invoice matching and event booking where applicable. You will help the office manager with all aspects of cost management administration duties, as well as provide support to all admin systems. You will encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership. You will also be required to escalate any issues in respect of overdue/outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders.
About You
* Experience in an Administration role
* Experience of using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail skills
* Effective time management to work to deadline
* Must hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to a vehicle
