Role overview As the Team Lead of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate a team of IAM engineers who provide IAM services using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization. The Team Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our squad, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security & Engineering practices and the ability to lead and empower a team. The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to UKI offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, and London. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: The Team Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our squad, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You day to day will include: Manage a team of IAM Engineers, providing guidance, and support. Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure the accurate completion of tasks. Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together. Conduct regular performance evaluations (1-2-1, Check-ins) and provide constructive feedback to team members. Key contributor to the IAM strategy and roadmap, in line with Flutter UK&I's objectives and goals. Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies and regulations to improve the team's capabilities. Define and track metrics that monitor the success and impact of the services provided. Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required: Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality, including: Application onboarding Maintenance tasks (such as performance or system upgrades) Correlation, aggregation Orphan management Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.
