Role Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
At Hydes, food quality and staff well-being are priorities. As Chef de Partie, you will deliver excellent food standards, manage seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly environment. You will ensure all dishes meet specifications, have experience across all stations, and can prepare a variety of starters, mains, and desserts. Additionally, you will support food ordering, stock management, and uphold a 5-star rating. Previous experience in a fresh food environment is preferred; this role may suit someone looking to progress from a commis chef position.
