We're recruiting for Visitor Experience roles within the Tours & Exhibitions team at Belfast City Hall, with opportunities at both Assistant and Team Leader level. These roles are ideal for candidates with a background in customer service, tourism, hospitality, retail, or administration who enjoy working in a public-facing, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Delivering engaging guided tours and interacting with visitors Providing a professional front-of-house and reception service Managing bookings, ticketing, and visitor enquiries Handling cash, payments, and retail sales Supporting exhibitions, displays, and visitor services Completing administrative tasks, reporting, and system updates At Team Leader level, you will also: Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff Support daily operations, rotas, and service delivery Assist with training and team support What We're Looking For Experience in a customer-facing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisation and IT skills Experience with cash handling, bookings, or admin systems For Team Leader roles: Previous experience supervising or leading a team Why Apply?
