IFA Administrator – Support for Financial Advisers
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for financial services? My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team and provide essential technical support to our Financial Advisers.
About the Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers with the preparation and processing of financial planning documentation. You’ll ensure client records are accurate, assist with compliance requirements, and help maintain a smooth workflow across the advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers.
* Prepare client reports, valuations, and documentation for meetings.
* Maintain and update client records using CRM systems.
* Liaise with providers to obtain policy information and process applications.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
* Assist with new business submissions and ongoing client servicing.

* Previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment.
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
