Our client is currently looking for a small works manager to handle minor, reactive and smaller planned works, mainly within an education setting, schools and Colleges. The role will include: Visiting sites to establish work content Providing costs to client Planning and programming in works Rasing orders and dealing with contractors and operatives Sourcing and procuring materials Ensuring works are carried out within the companys polies and H&S. Overseeing the works Signing off the works with Clients Providing feedback for KPIs 25 days holiday per annum, Pension contribution, Mileage allowance. May suit a carpenter or similar looking to come off the tools as ongoing training will be offered. 25 days holiday per annum, Pension contribution, Mileage allowance, £6k annual Christmas bonus
