Customer Success Manager required within a technical space where the customer journey is our competitive edge. You will be the guardian of existing client and supplier relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, deep adoption, and measurable value. What youll own
* Lead generation & conversion:Nurture existing accounts, generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients using tailored follow-up strategies and CRM-driven nurturing.
* Commercial close:Negotiate contracts and close agreements that protect margin and maximise profit.
* Account performance:Monitor account health and identify new growth opportunities and upsell potential.
* Client response excellence: Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver fast, efficient turnaround times that exceed expectations.
* Customer advocate:Serve as the lead point of contact for account matters, resolve issues professionally, and maintain those long-term, trusted relationships.
