• This position is part of the Pay Equity Analytics & Compliance Program (PEAC), which defines Amazon's global strategy for pay equity and manages statutory pay equity reporting obligations;
• A key priority is the Pay Transparency Program, focusing on global strategy and policy, taking an integrated approach to build a global service program to meet statutory requirements and proactive employee-focused initiatives;
• The role is globally focused, covering legislation on pay transparency and pay equity reporting across all Amazon operating countries. With new regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive, this role will enable Amazon to get ahead of requirements and exemplify global best practices;
• They will be expected to work independently, partnering with Compensation, PXT, and project teams to research laws, develop compliance mechanisms, monitor program effectiveness, and drive remediation efforts.
