You will work with client services, creative teams, and media agencies to identify opportunities to scale work across channels, optimise performance, and demonstrate measurable impact.

You will play a key role in team development, guiding midweight planners, improving internal processes, and strengthening the agency’s comms planning expertise. This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines creativity, analytics, and leadership to drive growth for both clients and the agency.

o Bring social-first creative expertise and platform knowledge, using social listening and insights to inform media strategies.
o Plan campaigns to hit client objectives, bridging creative and media to deliver the best outcomes.
o Collaborate with client services and media agencies to scale work beyond social.
o Develop and support measurement frameworks to demonstrate content effectiveness, working with Data & Insight teams on short- and long-term solutions.
* Client Services & Agency Relationships
o Represent the comms planning team for clients, explaining how media planning drives performance and impact.
o Build and maintain relationships with media agencies to co-produce media-aligned content and identify cross-platform opportunities.
o Own relationships with platform representatives to secure support, early access, and new opportunities.
o Contribute to New Business pitches with comms/media strategies showing value and growth potential.
* Team Leadership & Development
o Lead and support the progression of midweight planners, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
o Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, output quality, and relevance.
o Support internal education to increase understanding of comms planning across the agency.
* Cross-Agency Collaboration & Growth
o Lead and support development of midweight planners, upskilling the team and fostering continuous learning.
o Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
o Champion a collaborative team culture aligned with agency values and long-term vision.
