What Our Client is Looking For A smart, proactive, and organised Transport Manager with strong route-planning skills to optimise the collection and delivery team’s efficiency. A confident Driver Supervisor capable of leading and motivating a team of drivers. Hands-on approach, including driving duties as needed. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers professionally. Experience with Bodyshop Management Systems (BMS), with knowledge of Autoflow being highly desirable. Ability to manage and maintain a fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Strong organisational skills to coordinate schedules, deliveries, and collections effectively. Key Responsibilities Plan and optimise routes for the collection and delivery team to ensure timely and efficient operations. Supervise and lead a team of drivers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and ensure a high level of service. Oversee the maintenance and organisation of a fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards. Utilise Bodyshop Management Systems (Autoflow experience is a bonus) to track and manage transport operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures. Perform hands-on driving duties when required to support the team. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless vehicle movement through the repair process.
