Job Description:

The Cambridge team has particular expertise in energy, life sciences/biotech sectors, strategic land, and property aspects of corporate transactions. Our high-end work in these sectors often involves competition with major regional, London, and US firms on investment acquisitions and property disposals.
The Cambridge team collaborates closely with the wider London Real Estate department, offering a comprehensive range of property services from acquisition and planning to construction, disposal, and asset management, covering both commercial and residential property. We are one of the largest and most diverse property teams, including areas such as construction, development, urban regeneration, retail, investment, planning, environment, residential, dispute resolution, finance, and taxation.
We are known for finding practical commercial solutions, driven by a determination to get deals done. We leverage our understanding of policy, industry regulation, technological change, and innovative tools like proptech, automation, AI, and structured databases to work efficiently. Our approach involves harnessing expertise across our firm and global network to connect people, capital, and opportunities, always aiming to deliver practical, commercial solutions.
