So, if you're ready to take your career to new heights, read on! In this exciting role as Sales Performance Analyst you'll be responsible for the data and insights of the Americas sales team. From providing views and recommendations that improve our trading and revenue position, to supporting forecasting of our annual sales plan, this role plays a key role in the success of the Americas sales team. Day to day Using critical thinking and hands-on analytics and data science skills to break down complex business problems and generate insights to help drive decision making Create recommendations and focus areas for the sales team to target market share and revenue opportunities Crafting innovative data solutions using "out of the box" approaches, techniques, and tools and presenting to stakeholders through engaging PowerPoints depicting trends Collaborate with our JV partners, Delta, to gain alignment on and input into our strategic direction Effectively communicate performance trends to senior leadership using PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBi Support the forecasting function by communicating market trends from Americas PoS About you Do you have airline industry knowledge and the ability to make high-impact decisions based on quantitative and qualitative factors? Do you have a strong eye for business, alongside strong organisational & communicational skills? then this could be the role for you! In addition to the above, we're looking for the following: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or other quantitative field PowerBI / Factory / Advanced Excel / PowerPoint / MS Teams / Power Apps desirable Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and impact at all levels whilst managing multiple priorities with varying timelines. Experience in data analysis and dashboard development, preferably within the airline or travel industry. Adept at interpreting MI to identify trends and identify / implement actions to address opportunities Applied knowledge in Sales, Airfares, Revenue and Inventory Management, Alliance partnerships and reward programs is desirable Confident presenting to senior management and external organisations A proven track record of delivery through collaboration in a revenue or operations-focused role Ability to collaborate and engage with others - building proactive working relationships with colleagues, key partners, and other stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts in a clear, precise and actionable manner The right to live and work in the US Does the above sound like you?
