Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Letting Agent/Property Manager, located in Billingham. The Senior Letting Agent/Property Manager will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, coordinating with our team of lettings agents, overseeing property management tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting property inspections, handling maintenance issues, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, organising property viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements.
Qualifications
* Experience as a letting agent/property manager
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* At least 2 year experience in the real estate industry is a must
* Relevant certifications or degrees in real estate, property management, or related fields are beneficial
