Are you highly organised, meticulous, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Join our Operational Procurement Team and play a key role in supporting our clients with their procurement needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment where your skills will make a real impact.
While the role is primarily remote, quarterly meetings in Salford and occasional collaborative office days will be required.
What You Will Be Doing
As part of our team, you will support a variety of procurement tasks to ensure smooth and effective operations for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and sourcing procurement requirements.
* Communicating confidently with internal and external partners.
* Resolving issues and queries through the Purchase-to-Pay process.
* Checking contracts and verifying catalogue details.
* Gathering quotes and following established process documents.
* Making valuable contributions to the customer experience through proactive support
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a busy administrative role within an office setting
* A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
* A good standard of education and qualifications
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
* Keen attention to detail
