The role
Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is presently looking for a Bidding Assistant to join their permanent team. This role focuses on supporting the preparation and coordination of tender and bid submissions within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of bid and tender submissions
Providing administrative support and document control
Ensuring all submissions are accurate, well-organised, and compliant with the tender requirements
Collaborating with technical, commercial, and leadership teams to produce high-quality responses
Managing deadlines and helping ensure timely submission of bids and proposals
Job Requirements:
Experience in bid proposals, tenders, and commercial bids
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
