Risk Assessment Unit Quality Control
We are looking for Quality Control Analysts who will be responsible for supporting and ensuring operational outputs meet regulatory, internal, and industry standards. The role will start on a temporary basis and, if skills are demonstrated, may open the doors to a permanent career in the team.
Location: Northampton
Duration: 6 months (initially), with an opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
Hours: 35 hours per week. PAYE Only.
Key Responsibilities
* Support on high-volume and complex QC processes.
* Engage with stakeholders by communicating findings and providing constructive feedback.
* Analyze trends or systemic failures, offering suggestions for remedial actions to leadership.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to refine standard operating procedures based on QA results.
Key Skills
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge or background in Financial Crime.
* Knowledge or experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) and/or AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
* Experience in working and supporting high-quality due diligence reviews.
* Ability to investigate, analyze, and present findings clearly.
