Level 2 Qualified EYFS Practitioner – Wakefield (WF1 / WF4)
We are currently recruiting for a Level 2 Qualified EYFS Practitioner to join welcoming early years settings in the Wakefield area (WF1 and WF4). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children in their early development within a nurturing and engaging environment.
Start Date: After the Easter break
Location: Must be able to travel to both WF1 and WF4
Pay: £89.38 – £120 per day (depending on experience and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
* Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with the wider nursery or early years team
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Ability to travel to WF1 and WF4
* Paediatric First Aid (12-hour course completed within the last year) OR willingness to undertake the training
* Strong teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
