About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking for a committed and skilled Band 6 or 7 Pharmacist to enhance our team. This full-time position involves providing clinical wards and dispensary cover. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the hospital. This role offers an excellent chance for a proficient professional to make a significant impact on our pharmacy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective collaboration and teamwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards.
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
* Counsel patients on the proper use of their medications.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
