Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: York area
Pay Rate: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Part Time and Full Time available
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education are seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist provision in the York area.

Responsibilities
* Support pupils in accessing learning activities
* Work alongside teachers to deliver interventions
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Assist with classroom preparation and resources
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Requirements
* Experience working in a school setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
