Job Description: JOB TITLE: Customer Services Representative LOCATION: Annesley (close to M1, easy access from Nottingham and Mansfield) HOURS: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday SALARY: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum Frontline Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Annesley. We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join their friendly, professional team. In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support by phone, email, and online. You’ll manage customer orders, resolve queries efficiently, and help maintain the company’s excellent reputation for service quality and reliability.
