Responsibilities
* Staff work 12‑hour shifts including weekends.
* Provide support during 12‑hour shifts, including waking nights only for this maternity cover position.
* Respond to alarms that go directly to the office.
* Support residents with day‑to‑day living and personal care.
* Work within a team of up to 4 staff during the day and with 2 overnight staff based in the office.
* Enable residents to live independently and make choices.
Qualifications
* Friendly, approachable, trustworthy.
* Willing to be flexible and adaptable.
* Skilled in supporting people with diverse care needs.
Additional Information
* Maternity cover for 24 hours a week, waking nights only.
* Role is based in one location – no car driver needed.
* Alarm system in each flat alerts the office if necessary.
* Two staff are present overnight in the office.
