Applicants are invited to apply for the role of Brachytherapy Radiotherapy Administrator. The post holder will provide high-quality administrative support to the Brachytherapy radiotherapy service. They will also participate in the administration of Private and NHS Patient pathways and undertake radiotherapy appointments bookings whilst navigating the patient pathway to the highest professional standard.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative support to the Brachytherapy radiotherapy service.
2. Administering Private and NHS Patient pathways.
3. Scheduling radiotherapy appointments and managing patient pathways in collaboration with Medical, Radiographic, Physics, and other Administrative colleagues.
The post holder will work across multi-disciplinary teams and will require excellent communication and organisational skills. They will liaise directly with patients, carers, and various professionals both within and outside the trust.
The successful candidate should be willing to learn, adaptable to change, able to work in a team, and flexible regarding cross-cover and working hours. They will contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care, communication, privacy, and safety, in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive Trust and local induction/training will be provided.
