Envirogen is an international water treatment solutions business. We are seeking someone with experience in a Service Support role within a similar Engineering Services or Manufacturing organisation to join our busy and highly regarded Service Support team as a Service Support Engineer.
You will be the first point of contact for our customer base, which includes clients ranging from the NHS to Coca Cola, providing technical support and managing replacement parts for our industrial water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
1. Identify parts and source them if they are not stock items.
2. Obtain current prices for new parts or those not purchased in the last 3 months.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a similar role within an engineering services business, preferably in water treatment.
* Well-organised with a supportive and collaborative approach.
* Enjoys a varied workload and has good IT systems knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
