Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)

at least two years’ leadership experience

Lead and inspire
your team to deliver exceptional childcare and strong EYFS practice
Drive quality improvement, enhancing educational programmes and daily operations
Ensure full compliance, maintaining a safe, secure, and well‑managed environment
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective nursery operations
Build strong relationships
with parents, staff, and the wider community
Support professional development, coaching your team to grow and excel
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality early years education
