Aerospace Investment Casting | Entry-Level | Reports to: Engineering Manager
Overview
Join a high-performance aerospace casting facility as a Process Engineer I. This is an early-career engineering role focused on supporting key processes like wax injection, shell building, casting, and dimensional review. You'll work hands-on across operations while learning under experienced mentors.
What Youll Do
* Support day-to-day production and troubleshoot process issues
* Contribute to gating design, defect analysis, and yield improvements
* Collect and analyze performance data across casting operations
* Assist in documenting work instructions and standard procedures
* Participate in dimensional and post-cast evaluations
* Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (e.g. AS9100)
* Help investigate and resolve non-conforming materials
Qualifications
* B.S. in Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering
* 03 years of relevant experience (casting/aerospace )
* Familiar with GD&T, engineering documentation, and manufacturing basics
* ERP/MRP experience a plus
