Location: Buckinghamshire (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are looking to hire both a 360 UK Legal Recruiter and a 180 US Legal Recruiter to join our high-performing team as we continue to build out our presence across key legal markets.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist legal search firm working with leading law firms and in-house teams across the UK and US.
The Roles
360 UK Legal Recruiter
* Full 360 role with ownership of your own desk
* Business development with UK law firms and in-house legal teams
* Managing mandates end-to-end, from instruction through to placement
* Building long-term client relationships and growing your market
180 US Legal Recruiter
* Candidate-led role focused on the US legal market
* Sourcing and engaging high-calibre legal talent (associates, counsel, in-house)
* Supporting senior consultants on active mandates
* Building strong networks within the US legal space

* Recruitment experience (legal preferred, but not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Driven, commercial, and motivated to succeed
* Interest in the legal market and working internationally
* Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
