Your Role
* Develop and document the overall testing strategy for the engagement
* Create and manage detailed test plans aligned with delivery timelines
* Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure high performance
* Oversee test execution and ensure timely defect resolution
* Collaborate closely with development teams for issue analysis
* Coordinate testing activities between internal and external teams
* Identify and allocate necessary testing resources effectively
* Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders
