About the Role

We’re seeking versatile Team Members to work across various resort departments, supporting our guests and ensuring they have a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.
As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodations, covering bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, in line with our Clean and Fault Free program. Additionally, you'll work in at least one other department, such as Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Sports, or Leisure, for the rest of your contract hours.
Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.

No prior experience is necessary—we provide all the training you need. We value your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference to our guests.
