Role Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met
* Reviewing and preparing financial statements, tax returns, and VAT submissions
* Acting as the key point of contact for clients, offering expert financial advice and business support
* Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, providing training and professional development
* Working closely with senior management and partners, supporting business growth and client expansion
* Identifying opportunities for additional services, helping clients achieve their financial goals
* Ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality service is consistently delivered

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
* Strong experience in practice accountancy, working with a range of clients
* Confident in managing a portfolio and acting as a trusted advisor
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
* Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
