The Team:
We seek an Associate for our Export & Agency Finance team in London, focusing on EMEA deal origination and structuring, working with export credit agencies, multilaterals, and development finance institutions.
Responsibilities:
* Support origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactions in EMEA
* Develop internal strategies and coordinate cross-border deal structuring
* Travel within the region for deal origination and present financing ideas
* Prepare proposals and coordinate with product partners
* Negotiate deals and work towards financial close
* Identify product gaps and drive innovative solutions
* Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure responsible growth
* Support marketing efforts to increase visibility of EAF
* Partner with other departments for syndication and credit analysis
* Work with ESG groups to identify priority transactions
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in EAF or related credit structuring
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
* Understanding of export and project finance; experience with ECAs preferred
* Results-oriented, able to work independently
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Relationship management skills; multilingual abilities are a plus
