4. Provides excellent customer service to all accounts.
5. Pay Range $82-$90K plus Bonus

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Senior Accounting Analyst plays a key role within the Controller’s group in driving financial excellence.
Essential Functions
9. Maintain a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc’s health and safety guidelines.
10. Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process.
11. Prepare complex accruals and adjusting journal entries.
12. Reconcile RDA intercompany Sales and Cost of sales.
13. Analysis and reporting on all fixed assets and inventory.
14. Provide detailed variance analysis of sales and COS.
15. Calculate quarterly commissions for Lease Logistics revenue.
16. Prepare various mandatory reports.
17. Support Corporate tax preparation for both Canada and the US.
18. Collaborates on department initiatives and special projects including Business Process Improvements (BPI).
19. Ensure all IFRS compliance standards are met.
20. Perform other related duties as required.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
21. Post Secondary Business Degree.
22. CPA Designation Or in Progress
23. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
24. Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment is preferable.
25. Solid knowledge of IFRS.
26. Proficiency in excel -Pivots- Complex Data
Preferred Qualifications:
27. Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
28. Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions.
29. Communicates with clarity, verbally and in writing, in one on one or group situations
30. Prior experience with Microsoft D365 and/or BPC is an asset.
31. Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.
32. Rental Industry Experience is an Asset
