CNC Miller
Location: Billericay, Basildon area
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay Rate Guide: £16 - £18 p/hr, with overtime rate
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
Main Duties:
* Configure and run CNC milling machines based on specifications
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Perform quality checks on finished products
* Work collaboratively with the team to enhance production efficiency
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a CNC Miller, Setter Operator
* Any programming experience beneficial
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* High attention to detail and precision
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Working Hours:
* 39 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
