Project Description
I am looking for an experienced commercial kitchen designer to prepare a complete and fully executable design for a takeaway restaurant with a total area of 4.0m width × 6.5m depth (26m²).
The shop includes one main entrance/exit door, one takeaway service window, and an outdoor seating area. There are no indoor dining tables inside the kitchen space.
The overall design concept must be inspired by the architectural style of Khaybar buildings, reflecting a traditional aesthetic with a modern interpretation, similar to the attached reference image. The design scope must include the interior, façade, and outdoor seating area in this architectural style.
Main Equipment to Be Included in the Design
Main charcoal grill, 2 meters in length and 2 meters in height.
Neapolitan pizza oven, 110 cm width, also used for baked items.
Flat top grill (plancha), approximately 60 × 60 cm.
Countertop deep fryers, 10-liter capacity per unit, with 1 or 2 units depending on the optimal layout.
Note
Gas will be used only for the pizza oven, supplied by an external cylinder. Detailed gas specifications are not required; however, the oven location must be planned appropriately to align with the external gas supply position.

• Exhaust fan positioning (roof or façade)
• Practical solution for smoke and odor control
Electrical Layout
• Electrical points for all equipment
• Distribution board layout
• Industrial socket positioning
• Interior lighting layout
Complete Equipment and Fit-Out BOQ
• Detailed list including all equipment, work tables, shelves, refrigerators, sinks, preparation tools, packing area, and outdoor setup
• Table including equipment name, dimensions, and exact location within the layout
Façade and Interior Design
• Professional façade design inspired by Khaybar's architectural character
• Use of materials with a heritage-modern identity such as stone, textured plaster, or earth-toned finishes with contemporary paint
• Incorporation of natural elements where possible such as palm trunks, tamarisk branches, palm fronds, or woven palm mats as decorative features
• Proper integration of the takeaway window within the façade
• Functional interior design aligned with the overall concept
• Outdoor seating area design that is open yet can be enclosed using foldable glass panels
• Integration of an appropriate air-conditioning solution for the outdoor seating while maintaining full openability

Important Requirement
The design must be practical and fully executable, not conceptual only. The designer must have proven experience in commercial kitchen projects. Experience in heritage-modern architectural styles is preferred.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
