The Opportunity This role offers exposure to a broad and engaging mix of commercial property work. The successful candidate will advise on matters including portfolio management, lease transactions (grants, renewals, and assignments), landlord and tenant issues, and the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial assets. There will also be involvement in more complex and high-value transactions such as development projects, secured lending, conditional agreements, and property elements of corporate deals. The Candidate Qualified solicitor with circa 5 years’ PQE in commercial property. Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-driven. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Comfortable in a client-facing role, with an interest in contributing to business development.
