Salary: £85–£95 per day (dependent on experience)

Do you have experience working in nursery or reception settings and want to make a lasting impact in a child’s early development?
We are recruiting for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-resourced EYFS unit, supporting children through play-based learning and early education milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children aged 3–5 in line with the EYFS framework
* Assist with phonics, early numeracy, and social development activities
* Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead to deliver engaging sessions
* Support children with additional needs where required
Requirements:
* Experience working in EYFS settings (nursery, reception, or preschool)
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
* Patience, creativity and a nurturing approach
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
