Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and process service requests from customers across multiple channels
* Actively listen and communicate clearly with customers
* Utilise excellent IT skills to navigate various systems and applications
* Deliver a service focused on customer experience and care
Qualifications
* GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
* Ability to provide evidence of qualifications, including a Maths GCSE or higher in this subject area
* Self-motivated and organised
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in a busy Contact Centre environment
