Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accuracy and integrity of monthly accounting and project reporting
* Business partnering with the operations team to drive profitability and performance
* Supporting and guiding project budget holders by providing financial information
* Advising Operations and Sales teams on meeting financial targets and commitments.
* Conducting monthly revenue and WIP reporting and other project-related financial tasks.
* Reviewing project performance on a historical and forecast basis
* Managing project profit and loss accounts.
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
* Overseeing cash flow forecasting and cash management.
* Analysing resource planning and its effect on project profitability.
* Producing commercial analysis and establish key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially aware, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail. They will excel at communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. Proficient in Excel and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential. Financial qualifications or significant hands-on experience are highly valued.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in accounting, analysis, and commercial finance.
* Excellent communication
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
