Media Operations Manager

As a Media Operations Manager, you will accelerate and protect growth in Media support for Greene King Group by managing operating infrastructure, from BAU workflows and process improvements within channel teams, supporting media reporting and communications with Managed Divisions and other Central Functions, connecting to IT and Digital and Insights.
As Media Operations Manager, you will…
1. Own key Growth Engine development Programme, with a tech budget of £1.2m, supporting Media channels – KPI: delivery of £5.6m Contribution benefit in 2026.
2. Hold responsibility for Media reporting processes, and build out unified media reporting infrastructure and dashboards. Deliver a £3m sales benefit from improved reporting and insight.
3. Manage team budget process including P6F and Business Planning process in partnership with Corporate Finance across all Media channels.
4. Create appropriate agency governance framework, and then own process in partnership with channel owners/relationship owners.
5. Support Media team, Finance and IT with new agency onboarding and integration and then ongoing governance process.
6. Develop Media comms schedule to promote business understanding of Media across senior stakeholders, Marketing/Finance teams, and broader business operations.
What you’ll bring…
7. Thorough understanding of media principles, gained in either agency or client-side media team.
8. Demonstrable track record of delivery and an ability to lead, plan and execute projects to an extremely high standard and to demanding deadlines.
9. Ability to express complex technical/media concepts simply and effectively.
10. Understanding media measurement metrics and challenges.
11. Experience in producing clear and insightful presentations that deliver key messaging at the appropriate level of the organization.
