Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Valuer located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Sales Valuer will be responsible for appraising properties, conducting valuations, and providing expert real estate advice to clients. Daily tasks include conducting property visits, preparing valuation reports, maintaining detailed records, and liaising with clients to ensure excellent customer service. The Sales Valuer will also work closely with the sales team to achieve property sales goals and provide exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agents and Real Estate Appraisal
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Expertise in Property Valuation
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Familiarity with the Newcastle Upon Tyne property market is a plus
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate valuation or appraisal
