The role involves overseeing our events across multiple sites in London. We are looking for an exceptional freelance bar manager with at least one year's management experience in hospitality and bar management. Responsibilities include client liaison, team management, and ensuring successful event delivery. Experience in front-of-house management, attention to detail, and presentation skills are essential. Performance will be monitored through audits, meetings, guest feedback, and staff retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain efficient bar and stockroom operations
* Supervise and motivate bar staff
* Handle stock, till operations, and cash securely
* Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol policies
* Order stock as needed
* Interact with customers, ensuring high service standards
* Adhere to health and safety regulations
* Manage till and counter service
* Support hospitality services and events
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
