Focus: Supporting and supervising pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
About the Role
We are working closely with a supportive and friendly primary school seeking an experienced HLTA to join their dedicated team. You’ll play a key role in:
* Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs across KS1 and/or KS2
* Confidently supervising and leading a class when required
* Working closely with class teachers, ALNCo's, and parents to support student progress
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Qualified as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* Experienced in working with children with ALN / SEN
* Confident leading a class and managing the classroom environment
* Committed to inclusive education and supporting every child to achieve their best
* A team player with great communication skills
