Proclinical is seeking a Junior Customer Service Analyst to join a dedicated team. This role is focused on providing proactive, customer-oriented, face-to-face onsite support to end users. The successful candidate will be involved in the imaging and configuration of a large number of computers. Provide proactive, customer-focused support to over 2,000 end users.
Support the imaging and configuration of many computers.
Learn and adapt to our enterprise solutions such as Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink.
Assist in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users' laptops.
Previous exposure to platforms like Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink would be an advantage.
Experience working with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad & Mac, Windows hardware and meeting room technology would be beneficial.
Experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is advantageous.
