About the Role
We are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. This dual role involves personal care and domestic services across patchway and surrounding areas. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services to homeowners, including personal hygiene, medication assistance, domestic support, and social companionship. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour with an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend hours. Hours: 16 hours per week on a rota basis that will include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7am to 10pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Individual Homeowners: provide personalised care, assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication, cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
* Domestic: maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for all homeowners.
* Social Support: assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attendance at appointments to enhance their overall well‑being and social connections.
* Travel Expenses Covered: use your personal car for work with all travel expenses fully reimbursed and parking available at each site. Mileage is paid at 43p per mile (45p per mile).
* Uniform and mobile phone provided.
* Professional Development: training opportunities including a Diploma in Health and Social Care and progression to a senior care assistant role.

Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a care environment with a Level 2 health and social care qualification (not essential – full training provided).
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to manage your time effectively.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis that will include early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
