Highcroft Veterinary Hospital may be what you have been looking for.
We are looking for another full time vet (part time hours considered) to work a mixture of consulting, operating, inpatient and night shifts. We would however be happy to look at a consulting only day shifts and then night emergency shift pattern if you prefer. You will be supported by a large team of vets including certificate holders in cardiology, imaging, surgery, ECC, ophthalmology, exotics and medicine; while also working with our experienced vets; many of who have stayed since graduating. Our nursing team consists of many experienced nurses who have additional training.
We have our own out of hours service at the hospital with many of the day vets choosing to be part of the twilight and night team which keeps us a cohesive team and ensures a smooth patient journey.
The proposed rota consists of:
1 week of night shifts (including the weekend) (with twilight vet support until midnight)
1 week off
7 weeks of day shifts
There are no additional weekends.
We can be flexible and look at a 2-4 day working week on the day shift week.
