We are looking for a
HR Generalist
to join our team at Circet
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people and shaping the employee experience across the UK. The role offers competitive salary + hybrid working.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and best practice
Supporting employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Partnering with managers to deliver performance management and development plans
Working with Learning & Development teams to identify and design training programmes
Driving diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
Preparing HR reports and insights for business decision-making
What you'll bring:
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) - desirable
* 1+ years' experience in an HR function (Advisor level an advantage)
* Solid knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and compliance
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to problem-solve, resolve conflicts, and analyse data effectively
