Overview

Recruitment Resourcer – Heysham

Are you looking for a career that makes a difference? One where you can use your methodical approach and communication skills, as well as learn new skills? We're looking for a Resourcer to join our Heysham team, no previous experience required as a full training programme will be completed. Our Heysham team are passionate about helping clients find the best candidates for their vacancies. We're looking for someone who can support the Recruitment team in finding those people, working proactively with colleagues during the recruitment process.


About the Resourcer role

Following the completion of your training programme, you'll play a key role in supporting the Recruitment team with finding new candidates within NRL Heysham’s target markets in addition to carrying out:

* Resourcing for numerous vacancies across our well-established client base
* Calling through shortlists/application lists
* Recruitment and selection of candidates
* Creating and monitoring applications via the website and other job boards, screening candidates for suitability
* Candidate liaison
* Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
* Planning, organising and monitoring the candidate journey throughout the application process and beyond
* Updating and maintaining the candidate database
* Utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract talent
* Attend Client and site visits with other members of the Recruitment team

Requirements / Qualifications

* Professional in their attitude
* Well organised and methodical in approach
* A good communicator
* Tenacious and driven to succeed
* Comfortable working within a KPI based environment
* Experienced in a telephony-based role or customer service role
* Experienced working with IT systems and communication tools
