Are you a business development professional with experience in B2B agency land? Want to join an exciting agency and work with huge brands? Our client is a collection of six smart agencies providing clients with marketing strategy, creative and digital solutions, live, virtual and hybrid events, data analytics and PR across many market sectors.

They are well-established and have developed a reputation for delivering and exceeding expectations to some of the world’s best-known brands, including Apple, HP, Microsoft, Royal Caribbean, The National Lottery and many more.

The company is committed to innovation and seeks individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our client works with large blue-chip companies to deliver digital and creative projects and events. Because the companies they work with are so huge, there is always opportunity to uncover more projects.

You’ll be responsible for spotting these opportunities, pitching to gain interest, and winning new business with existing clients, as well as some new clients too.

Generating new business opportunities.
Tracking digital campaigns created by the marketing team to identify client engagement & follow up on prospective leads.
Following up on engagement via telephone and email to gain interest.
Attending events to network, identify opportunities, and introduce services to prospective clients.
Hunting briefs from clients for creative/digital/event/PR/AI solutions.
Closing new projects.
Growing a major technology client account to more than £500k in delivered margin in year 1.

Experience in a B2B agency environment in a sales or account management role
Natural problem-solving skills and can spot opportunities for new business
Ability to work independently with little supervision and well with other team members
Adaptability, happy to travel to work from client office locations
Natural networking skills – comfortable working a room in social & business settings
