Overview

At Mastercard, we have a compelling opportunity to scale a high‑value Services business for our Commercial customers – extending the success of our Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF). We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Corporate Solutions Director, Services Lead to drive this ambition in the APEEMEA regions. The Director will own and scale Corporate Solutions Services strategy, defining and executing a strong go‑to‑market approach that unlocks new revenue streams, expands monetizable offerings, and strengthens performance discipline across CNPF. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Mastercard account teams, this leader will accelerate pipeline growth, deliver customer‑centric solutions, ensure disciplined execution, elevate executive client engagement, embed a strong feedback culture, and identify targeted M&A opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Expand existing Services to CNPF (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) by calibrating value propositions and GTM; identify and pilot with anchor clients to prove impact at pace and at scale.
* Build a segment‑led service roadmap for Corporate Solutions, delivering 2–3 new flagship offerings over time, in partnership with product, studios, and analytics.
* Build and execute the services GTM strategy for Corporate Solutions, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel motions aligned to CNPF priorities.
* Own the CNPF services sales pipeline by region (APEEMEA) across all relevant CNPF assets; forecast accurately and maintain healthy coverage ratios.
* Coordinate post‑sale execution with the Services Delivery team to ensure time‑to‑value, quality outcomes, and referenceable success.
* Embed AI as a competitive advantage in services—partner with acquired SaaS businesses and internal platforms to identify high‑impact use cases and launch at least one AI‑enhanced service tied to measurable client outcomes.
* Establish a single source of truth for Corporate Solutions services revenues and pipeline; run a monthly performance cadence with clear KPIs, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Maximize commercial leverage by improving access to existing funds and strategically creating new funding mechanisms for scaled experiments and rollout.
* Facilitate best‑practice sharing across the regional teams.
* Elevate strategic interaction with key customers, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and C‑suite stakeholders; build partnerships that accelerate adoption and growth.
* Provide internal and external thought leadership on CNPF services trends within Corporate Solutions; represent the business in forums, client councils, and industry events.
* Lead services GTM for B2B payables/receivables, virtual cards, procurement, expense and related enterprise workflows.
* Partner with CS Product, Data & Services, and account teams to craft solution bundles that drive CFO/Procurement value.
* Ensure compliance/readiness across risk, controls, and regulatory requirements common in enterprise finance functions; maintain strong governance for cross‑border and large‑ticket flows.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven track record leading strategy, launching scalable products/services, and delivering commercial outcomes across complex, multi‑market environments; demonstrated P&L ownership and success against ambitious growth targets.
* Deep understanding of the payments industry and Commercial New Payment Flows; ability to leverage payments technology and innovation to solve client problems; strong financial and business acumen.
* People leadership experience; consultative problem‑solving; executive‑level communication and negotiation skills; comfort operating in highly matrixed, cross‑functional settings.
* Relevant industry certifications preferred.

Corporate Security Responsibility

All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

* Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
* Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
* Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
* Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
